Maturity,addictive behaviour.

Just time to say that,maybe due to EFT,I am getting the maturity to be able,for instance,to go and deal with the everyday chores which I must attend to with my wife and then come back and do more blogging stuff with this new EFT site,rather than just carry on with this in an addictive way and leave all the mundane stuff for later.
It's always been possible to do that,especially with my very long suffering wife who nearly always adapts all her needs and wants to my whims and fancies..but ... that is not a mature,useful or decent attitude and,I am pretty sure it is EFT which is giving me the emotional freedom (and therefore freedom from addictive behaviour) to change my ways.
However,more of this later.
